The stay here was such great, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with unbeatable and prime location very close to old town, the railway station, at reasonable walking distance. The staff were exceptional, the room was fairly quiet and perfect. The food in the attached restaurant was delicious.

Very comfortable rooms, good location & a great SPA indoor and outdoor area
The cleanliness of the breakfast room and the plate there left something to be desired, but was then partially improved. And the staff could have been a little competent.

Clean bathroom, close to Plains of Abraham, easy access to Saint Hubert restaurant
The air conditioning system was unbearably loud, disturbing sleep multiple times!!! Low lighting in the room. The pool was packed with kids!!! The self-serve coffee station was out of order.

The hotel was high-class with splendid views and an excellent location to the St-Roch neighbourhood. I had standard double room with a private bathroom. Friendly professional staff on my request, did a nice job. Ate at the in-house restaurant for breakfast...

Breakfast can be added for 12 CAD plus VAT. It's not outstanding, but it's okay. Rooms are clean.
Room only had a very small window. No minibar. Air conditioning was very loud.

The hotel is right in Old Quebec and was in the middle of all the festivities at the time. Although there was loud music in the streets the rooms were very quiet. The facilities were excellent and the staff were so helpful, polite and professional. I loved my stay there.
The price was a little high, however, in checking hotels in the area it was par for its location. That is the only complaint I had.

Perfect spot for couples looking for a getaway
The location is spot on, just steps from the best bistros and eateries. Plus, I took a long soak in that massive tub after a long day, was like a king!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, worth every penny.
